Peng Zhang co-started Crescent View Engineering with the goal of providing quality civil engineering services with a focus on project delivery and management.  A native of Beijing, China, Peng earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing and a M.S. in Transportation Engineering from Georgia Tech. Before founding Crescent View Engineering, Peng worked at a global engineering firm in metro Atlanta, where he gained expertise and established solid professional relationships with those in the field.  A licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and Alabama and a Professional Traffic Operation Engineer (PTOE), Peng is committed to providing quality services to his clients.
